Yoram Eliyahu was born in Kirat-Shmona, a small town nestled in the mountains of the northern part of Israel. Yoram grew up in a family of modest income with four siblings and hard working parents. His father was a construction worker who raised his family in a traditional and observant home.
At the age of fourteen, Yoram attended Bezek high school, a boarding school that specialized in electronics and telecommunications. After graduation, Yoram continued his education for another two years and gained a sub-engineering degree. He then went on and served his three-year term in the Israeli army.
After the army, Yoram left to America both driven and motivated to start his life. Throughout the years, he worked in various businesses and gained essential and practical experiences that laid the foundation for his future career.
Yoram became fascinated with the real estate market and began working in an entry-level sales position in a real estate company. His appreciation and respect for the industry led him to grow into an independent real estate developer. Today, Yoram owns and manages income-producing properties that have expanded across the United States.
Yoram Eliyahu and his family currently live in Kings Point Village in Great Neck, New York. He presently has four children and is pleased to announce a fifth addition to the family on the way.
